Question for those who are now succesfully off glp 1

Ok so as a table setter. I am currently into my second month, first dosage increase (going in for check up in 3 months for another possible dosage increase). So far everything seems to be working as explained with minimal (something none at all) side effects other than the intended ones regarding appetite/hunger.

My question is once you reach the point where you are at a healthy weight and consult with a physician to be taken off the medicine, my understanding is that a "normal appetite" returns once the meds slowly make their way out of your system however what I am not clear about is whether your appetite returns at a normal rate for a person now weighing signicantly less or does it return at the intensity it was before ever starting the medication to begin with.

I know these meds are only one part of the solution to maintaining a more healthy lifestyle but I can't imagine that without these meds I would feel full with the amount I now eat before my body screams no more at me, but I also understand I am so early in the process that by the time I lose a lot more, my body might tell me I am full without the meds assisting.

So maybe if there are folks in here who were on the meds for awhile, they were successful, then stopped taking them, what were the challenges or strategy post-GLP 1? Was it simply being more aware and attentive to your intake on a daily basis mixed with more physical activity?

Jen still doesn't get it....

Look I don't want to go as far as saying Jen simply doesn't care but I definitely think there is something missing upstairs inside her head for her to be so aloof or unaware the pain she is causing her kids by moving them all into Ryan's place.

To clarify, divorce happens, new relationships form over time and it can lead to blended family marriages. All good & well, in fact you can see it on the very same show with Gina & Travis....

However that is a hell of a lot different than a marriage breaking up due in part to the affair partner who you remain in a relationship with, moved the kids in with, and are now talking marriage with. It's not like Jen got divorced and then met and got to know this dude years later, this is literally the relationship that ended her marriage and she is acting shocked that her kids are in pain over it.

They are definitely going to feel sad over the divorce itself regardless since it broke up their family, but Jen seeming to not take her own children's feelings into considering before signing them all up for this and it seems like she is trying to compartmentalize their pain as a onlya reaction to the divorce itself when that is only a part of what is causing it....jeezuuus.
