REALLY!? I can’t wash my dishes because of server maintenance!?

Is this thing serious? I got a new dishwasher. Loaded it. Tried to start it. Need to connect to app FIRST!?!? I can’t even run it without a friggin app!? Fine, whatever.

The app is doing server maintenance. It won’t be working for another several days. This is beyond ridiculous. Y’all have taken this too far. No one needs to keep tabs on a dishwasher like this.

Is this crushed mystery hose a problem?

I had a new AC unit installed a few weeks ago and were noticing a lot of condensation on our vents inside. The company keeps cancelling appts to check it out so I’m trying to get more info.

I found a crushed vent hose in the interior closet with the unit, so I’m wondering if it has something to do with that? Any idea what these hoses are for? See photos

It’s also 61% humidity outside right now, so maybe it’s that?
