If the budget is 30-40k pesos, which would be better?

Just going on my Father house to my Mother vice versa, maybe 5-6km possible to sometimes go to my brother's house which is 10km, I will not get a license at all even tho eligible due to reasons I don't want to tell, I have a bag that weighs 30kg-ish that I bring daily no matter what
