Can you give me some 3 word prompts that I can turn into tattoo designs?

I'm building my tattoo design portfolio as an aspiring tattoo artist, can you give me some three word prompts I can turn into designs so I can think outside my own box please? I don't want to use online generators they all seem AI based and very random.

Unexplained Phenomenon or Scammers?

I'm a big nerd and wanted an xfiles t-shirt from Vinted.

So I searched them up, found this design I liked and kept scrolling for more possibilities, only to see the same design, posted three times, by different sellers .. but all using crops of seemingly the exact same image? The creases on the tops are identical in each image by each of these sellers... Is this dodgy selling? Or do I need to get Mulder and Scully involved because it's weird.
