I own three pairs of oiled leather Boston clogs — Tobacco, Habana, and Black — and I haven’t treated any of them with any kind of protection so far.
I want to keep them looking as clean as possible, especially the Tobacco pair, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to protect them from stains and water.
I’ve been looking at the SAPHIR Médaille d’Or Oiled Leather Cream with Neatsfoot Oil. I’ve read from people in this group that it won’t darken the color, which is one of the reasons I’m considering it.
For those who have experience with oiled leather Bostons, is the Saphir Oiled Leather Cream good enough by itself, or would you apply the cream first and then use a water-repellent spray on top for additional protection?
If you do recommend a water-repellent spray, what product have you had good results with? I’ve also been looking at Crep Protect.
I’d especially appreciate feedback from anyone who has used these products on Tobacco oiled leather.
I tried shooting the Hunter VTOL with Reboot on both sides of the thrusters/wing tips and also on the nose, but I’m getting the same 191 damage in all three spots.
For those saying the thrusters take it down quicker, does that mean you’re also seeing 191 damage per hit, but the VTOL’s health bar goes down faster when hitting the thrusters?
Or should I actually be seeing a higher damage number when hitting the thrusters?
Just trying to understand what I’m missing. 😂 Here’s the clip of my test.
And just to clarify, I know about the Wraith Wing critical hits on the thrusters.

I was playing all day with no issues, then suddenly this happened. I’m on PS5. I’m able to connect to my Call of Duty account, but once I try to connect online, I get this message. Message up my camo grind cry 😭

I got another Reboot from Dr. Falkner. After I maxed out Anderson, I reset her back to CR0 because I wanted to go after a different skill track.
What I didn’t realize was that somewhere along the way, my Reboot was no longer Exotic. I honestly wasn’t paying attention to it.
I only noticed last night when I was comparing my operators side by side on the loadout screen. On the right side of the screen, where it shows the weapon level and color-coded rarity, my Reboot was showing white instead of gold. Anderson’s Field Acquisition was also showing NONE.
I went back and looked at some of my previous gameplay footage and confirmed that my Reboot had lost its Exotic status. It actually explains something from yesterday too 😂. I was playing with my friend and told him, “My Reboot isn’t hitting as hard anymore.” Now I know why! 🤣
Luckily, I was able to fix it and make the Reboot Exotic again.
Has anyone else had this happen? Is this a bug with resetting an operator back to CR0, or is there something that can cause the Exotic trait to disappear without you noticing?

This weekend is my birthday weekend, and the Men’s Mixed Leather Boston Clog in Dark Tea caught my eye. 👀
I searched the group and only found one post about this colorway, so I wanted to see if anyone here actually owns a pair. What do you think of them? How do you like the mixed leather and the Dark Tea color in person?
I’m pretty sure I’m going to end up ordering them from the Birkenstock website anyway 😂. I haven’t really seen this particular colorway being sold anywhere else.

Anyone else struggling to get the Skill Track they want?
Originally, my Wei Lin had Phantom, Eagle Eye, Bulldozer, and Berserker.
I reset Eagle Eye because I wanted Guardian. It took me about 3 tries, but I finally got Guardian and maxed it out.
Then I decided to reset Phantom, hoping to get Warband. But ever since then, I keep getting the SAME options over and over — Eagle Eye, Phantom, and Gunner.
I swear I’ve picked each one individually, maxed it out, reset it, and repeated the process 10+ times. At this point, I finally gave up and took Gunner again. 😂
Is anyone else having this issue where, after resetting a Skill Track, the game keeps giving you the same options every single time?
Low-key, I really don’t want to reset all the way back to CR0 just to get the Skill Tracks I want. 😭
I already have the Exotic Skills I wanted: Echo Shell + Graviton.
And for Nightmare Skills, I have Phoenix Burst + Sleeper Agent.
All I’m really trying to get now is my ideal Skill Track setup: Bulldozer + Berserker + Warband + Guardian.
Am I just getting insanely unlucky with the RNG, or is there something weird going on with the Skill Track resets? 😭
What do you like the most about Phantom? I’m curious what makes it stand out compared to the other Skill Tracks.
So far, I really like Elusive Target 🎯 — reducing the accuracy of enemies shooting at you is pretty nice, especially paired with Echo Shell.
What’s your favorite part of Phantom?
Before I left for vacation, I had my Operator on standby at Prestige 3, ready to go when I got back so I could finally make the build I had planned:
Guardian
Bulldozer
Berserker
Gunner
But now that I’m back, Berserker just won’t show up. 😂 No matter how many times I backed out, closed the app, and restarted, I kept getting Daredevil or Eagle Eye as my options.
Since I’m not a fan of Eagle Eye, I went ahead and picked Daredevil and I’m going to see how it goes.
So my current build is:
Guardian
Gunner
Bulldozer
Daredevil
I’ll give it some time and see how it performs, especially in the higher zones. Maybe I won’t even miss Berserker.
Anyone else running this build? How does it perform for you, and do you think Berserker is worth trying to get later, or is Daredevil a solid replacement?
The self-redeploy zip on the hill north of Z2 can absolutely reach the Colossus when he spawns by the Colosseum.
You might have a slightly longer run to the zip once the event pops, but there’s still more than enough time to make it. Good news for anyone not running a Grapple Hook. 👍🏻
