My Rick and Morty ratings (controversial, I think)

My Rick and Morty ratings (controversial, I think)

This is up to debate. Before commenting:

- I tried to use all numbers in an out of ten rating, which is why the ratings may seem low (Look at the buckets)

- I can't influence the season average. For example I think s2 is better than s9 but the average ratings make them seem equal

- I may change the ratings later, I think I rated some great episodes a little too low

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Better Call Saul

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Better Call Saul. The drama is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of narratology most of the story will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Jimmy's colorful outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Aesop's fables, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of the story, to realise that they're not just silly- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Better Call Saul truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Jimmy's famous "Chicago Sunroof," which itself is a cryptic reference to Jimmy shitting through a sunroof. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Vince Gilligan's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them.

And yes, by the way, i DO have a Chicanery tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel, kid.
