Hi trekking community in Italy. I want to walk Firenze to Perugia later this month (14.10 to 21.10) in 7 days.
(Basically walk long days of 40km or so, very relaxed and solo).

How is your experience with the Weather? And especially with the availability of Hostel beds? I have found websites listing beds for pilgrims where you have to call the day before, that’s what I would want to do but I have no experience with that system. Thank you for any advice.
