Anyone know what base object was used for this headpiece?

There's a convention a few months down and I wanted to try cosplaying Slop Caine specifically, and I'm trying to figure out what was used for the headpiece. I think it might be a toilet lid, but it seems a tad big for that, so I'm posting about it for other ideas.

Lifeweavers, do you ever Life Grip yourself?

That's not alluding to anything, it actually happened. I was defending on Neon Junction, and my Reinhardt was pulling an Honor and Glory, so I pulled him out like I was supposed to. Then suddenly, I am in the middle of the enemy team, and I obviously die for it. No they did not have a Roadhog or Junker Queen, they had a Mauga. Is this a common glitch for Weaver?
