



6ft2 205lbs to 164lbs lost weight and built a little bit of muscle i still have a little fat around my waist and belly that i want to get rid of but i also feel skinny and want more muscle my goal is to stay lean but build more muscle what exactly should i do lean bulk now or keep cutting until i lose the fat around my waist any tips would be appreciated thank you!
