Charles Tyrwhitt stock question – do sold out sizes ever come back?

I’ve been looking at a range of Charles Tyrwhitt shirts (linen, Oxford, casual shirts, etc.) and I’ve noticed that some colours and styles have Medium Classic Fit available, but Small Classic Fit isn’t available at all (They don’t seem to sell them rather than being out of stock / sold out)

I’m curious how Charles Tyrwhitt handles stock and restocking. When a size like Small Classic Fit disappears, is it usually because:

It has sold out and will be restocked?
It’s a seasonal item and won’t return?

Charles Tyrwhitt simply produces very limited quantities in certain size/fit combinations?
I’m in Australia, so I’m also wondering whether the current season affects availability, especially for linen shirts.

Has anyone found that Charles Tyrwhitt regularly restocks missing sizes, or is it generally a case of “once it’s gone, it’s gone”?

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s bought from them for a while and has noticed any patterns with their inventory and restocks.

Since I can’t find any fitted shirts on Charles Tyrwhitt anyone got other recommendations? I’ve been looking at J.Crew, but I’m not sure

Is it worth joining an union

I’m a support worker in Australia and I’m considering joining a union, but I’m trying to work out whether it’s worth it in practice.

For those of you who are support workers, disability support workers, aged care workers, or similar, are you a union member? If so, has it been worthwhile?
I’m particularly interested in real-life experiences:
Has a union ever helped you with a workplace issue, dispute, disciplinary matter, or unfair treatment?
Have they helped improve your pay, conditions, or rosters?

Have you ever needed legal or industrial representation?

Looking back, would you join again?

I’d appreciate hearing both positive and negative experiences. I’m trying to understand the practical benefits beyond the membership fees.

Fashion magazines

Hi everyone,

I’m getting more interested in menswear, tailoring and building a better wardrobe without spending crazy money all the time. I was wondering if anyone knows any good reasonably priced fashion magazines (Australian or international) focused on men’s style, smart casual, tailoring, fabrics, etc?

I’m more interested in classic/minimal style and quality clothing rather than hype/streetwear.

Would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks.

Heading out tomorrow to buy my first pair of RM Williams boots and want to get it right.

What should I be paying attention to in-store? Mainly deciding between leather vs rubber sole, sizing/fit (I’ve had issues with shoes being too tight before), and which Craftsman variations are actually worth it vs marketing differences.

Also—any advice on what a proper fit should feel like for these? And anything people usually get wrong when buying their first pair?

Appreciate any practical tips before I pull the trigger.
