Physiatrists play like a casino. Lets try this lets try this. If it works it works it it does not we try another.

Everyday day every hour every minute its a huge struggle as if you are trying to swim and huge waves are coming to you.

I used UpdraftPlus for years but recently it is messing up.

Long story don't want to explain what and how but for sure I tried every solution to get the backups and restore process works as it should by I just gave up.

I use GoogleDrive as backups.

Any good Backup / Restore plugins which you recommend?
