Anyone have a good maintenance log that I can print out to put with my U1?

Hi all,
I’m looking to upgrade from my standard Ender 3 to a printer that can do multicolor. The current 3 options around my price range are:
Bambu PS1
Flashforge AD5x
Flashforge Creator 5

Are there others I should be looking into? Any issues with the ones I have listed?
