Has anyone else noticed that the Fedex drivers in Garland are now dropping off in the alleys instead of front porches now? I mean WTH?

BAT just emailed me saying they won’t accept my ad unless I drop my reserve from $28k to $25k. Can anyone tell me where they get this number from? Are there experts they consult or is this just some kid trying to make fast commission? I’m really curious. Thanks
