Like im not familiar with the laws and stuff. Are there any certifications i need? Lets say i want to supply my food to a grocery store for them to sell in their bakery/deli. Or places in lahore like baked or esajees. Do i register my brand as a business? Rn i have made a company name on my cnic as a sole proprietor but i dont know if i have to register it in any other way. I'm using that business name as my umbrella brand where i will have all my businesses under that, and one of them is the food business i started. Do i register this food business anywhere before i approach grocery stores, etc?

You could say rn im running as a home chef. Would things change once i started supplying? Im getting interest for collab from a restaurant aswell, where i could possibly be supplying. I want to be legally ready to take such a customer.

What do you women in your mid 30s typically need to use for skin care? I finally invested in tinted sunscreen cause i do get tanned when i go out (but havent used it yet cause i rarely go out). I just take care of my bath stuff rn. I use sizucchero's body washes and body scrubs. For hair i use tresemme's keratin shampoo and conditioner. I like them, they work for me.

But for actual skin care I do just precautionary stuff like change bed sheets and pillow cases frequently. Use a seperate towel for face and body. I dont wash my face with normal soap. I'm want to develop a skin care routine for washing my face with. Currently i have this turmeric wipe which im trying to build a habit of using. Or else i have a whipped soap also from sizucchero.

I was thinking to buy glycolic acid? Anti aging stuff? I do look young though but maybe the anti aging stuff can preserve my look longer. I dont even use a moisturizer cause the cream based ones make me sweat alot. I need to try a gel one. I know everyone has preferences but i want an idea of what women are doing at my age and get inspired.

I'm F, in my mid 30s. My first language is english. My hobbies are being productive, learning new skills, And working on myself. I also like fitness and nutrition, and am a great cook, and like listening to music on spotify all day. I used to play games but i quit over 3 months back. I dont have typical interests like tv, books, and i dont know urdu that well nor do i watch dramas.

Im in a phase of self growth and healing. My only social life happens on reddit and i k ow that sucks but with everything going on its the only place i can reach out. Id love to make safe friendships that make me comfortable enough to meet in person.
