Hi fellow Redditors!

I truly hope you can help me.

I’m looking for a replacement for the Now Foods Tru-Food Vegan supplement (see url for label and contents).

It’s been discontinued for a while now, but I can’t find any replacement that has such a wide variety of ingredients and made me feel that good when taking it.

Ever since I can no longer take it most of my aches, brain fog and digestive issues have gradually returned.

It goes without saying I would be eternally grateful if you would have useful suggestions.

My apologies if it has been asked before but I’m looking at the offering of full face or module helmets that incorporate MIPS.

I’ve been able to find quite a few on US sites/shoos, but living in the EU I can’t really seem to find any locally.

What are the recommendations from the community here for:
• full face or modular helmet with MIPS
• suitable for a big head (3XL with most brands)
• works with glasses
• available in EU
