Title, she's not officially EMS, but she volunteers and works with EMS.

After a rescue operation today, she told me she pulled her first body from a river today.

Knowing this is a reality, and knowing she wants a to pursue an EMS carreer fulltime, how can I support her (emotionally) better?

We arent living together yet, but thats coming sooner rather than later, and I really want to know how can I help her.

Honestly, I'm more shocked than she is, but I still want to learn more.

Una es una pasantía en una multinacional, la otra es plaza en una empresa local.

Obviamente en la multinacional pagan menos porque es pasantía. Es prescencial. Se relaciona a lo que estudié (que día tras día me doy cuenta que trabajar en lo que uno estudió es un lujo). Me queda bastante cerca porque es en zona franca.

La empresa local paga más por ser plaza, y también es 100% remoto. No se relaciona en nada para lo que estudié. Ya terminé mi pasantía (sin paga) en ésta empresa. El tema, y lo que me pesa más, es que la pasantía la obtuve por una argolla muy grande. Siento que si me quedo, el peso de la argolla siempre me va a perseguir.

Legalmente, necesito que me digan si estoy siendo idiota, o no. Yo sé que la vara está peluda con el trabajo a nivel global. Nada garantiza que me ofrezcan plaza en la transnacional. Pero, es un 9/10 que la plaza que me ofrezcan en la transnacional valga más a nivel de salario que la que estaría aceptando hoy. Vale tanto la pena quitarme la argolla de encima y hacerme valer por mí mismo?

I've been following RnM pretty much since the beginning (first ep came out in 2013, that hit me like a truck). I also remembered binge watching S6 and then I kind of forgot about the show. Watched S7 a few years back, didnt think much of it; then I saw some yt short and then i remembered this show was still going on.

I just got done binging S8 and...damn. I was completely blown away. Not at all what I remembered of this show, in the good way. Sure, this season had mid episodes, like the Easter episode or the James Gunn one,they didnt really land for me, but there wasnt and episode I could 100% call a stinker.

Then i reached the ending. My god. That episode was amazing, and honestly made me feel a lot of things that a TV show hasnt made feel in a long time. This episode hit me like a truck, not too different from the best Futurama runs. It felt good watching more than 10 years of story collide in a single episode.

Ive read that S9 has had 2 very good episodes as well, cant wait to watch those soon. Im honestly surprised RnM still has it in them to put out SUCH a good episode as S8's ending.
