Allosexuality is a term describing people who are not on the asexual spectrum, and therefore experience typical sexual attraction (be that heterosexual, homosexual or sth. else).

While Allosexuality by itself is typically not considered queer, in cultures and religions where purity culture is prevalent and sex before marriage is frauned upon or considered a sin, I could very well imagine that flag used in opposition to those restrictive believes, but I have never seen it.
