Does anyone know what Mage sourcebook had rules for playing during in an alternate, Roman Empire dominated timeline?

I'm sure there was a sourcebook that fit that description, but I can't seem to remember its name or where to find it. Anyone know which one I'm thinking of?

I believe it also had some information regarding a few different versions of Arthurian Britain, and one possible future where the Technocracy collapses after humanity colonizes the solar system, and the Traditions reveal themselves, then suffer a schism, though that might have been a different book. If they are, I would appreciate information on both.

Is teleportation possible in Wonderland? (OUATIW)

So, despite Jafar, the Red Queen, and Amara being competent (and eventually omnipotent, in two cases) sorcerers, none of them ever teleport in Wonderland, even when rushing, racing, or fleeing, despite Anastasia being trained by Cora, who very much could (though I’m not sure she ever did outside the Enchanted Forest and maybe Storybrooke). Jafar even has a flying carpet, implying he can’t teleport (though Zelena had a broom in the parent series, even though she could). There’s some precedent for magic somewhat working differently in different realms, so I’m wondering if it’s a quirk of Wonderland. Any thoughts?
