Cross back nursing bras?

I feel like this community would have recommendations for this though it’s postpartum! I wear primarily athletic attire/athleisure and pre-baby wore almost exclusively sports bras everyday. Now that I’m postpartum, it seems like all nursing bras are straight back straps which shows with all racerback shirts.

Does anyone have any recommendations for nursing bras that cross in the bar or are racerback style? Extra plus if good for working out as I get back into things or are made from natural fibers!!

Thanks in advance :)

Breastfed baby spits up & fussy after every bottle

My baby will be one month old tomorrow. She is exclusively breastfed but I am going to be in a wedding so we have been slowly introducing a bottle once a day or every other day. We started with 1 oz and have increased up to 3 oz per feeding using the Evenflo Balance bottle with the slow flow nipple at recommendation from ICBLC. She’s been finishing the bottle in 10-20 minutes. I have an extremely fast let down and baby is very efficient so we normally only feed off of one boob for ~8-12 minutes.

Every time we have given her a bottle, she spits up a ton within half an hour and gets very fussy and cries. She occasionally spits up but isn’t normally fussy after the boob but it’s been every single time we give a bottle and a lot. We have tried pace feeding, holding her upright for 15-20 minutes after and still.

I am starting to get really nervous about her having to take a bottle for this event if it makes her so uncomfortable 😞

Post-partum clothes

I am expecting my first next month and have prioritized natural fibers/GOTS & OEKO certified clothing and fabrics for all of baby girl’s items. While I have been very prepared for her, I have yet to find much for myself. Since she’ll be glued to me 99% of the time I want to make sure I am prioritizing the right fabrics on my clothes too.

What recommendations do y’all have for nursing bras and lounge/post-partum sets and clothes that aren’t plastic? I feel like everything I am seeing is made of nylon and polyester and am getting frustrated especially since there’s nothing in stores.

Thanks in advance!!
