Should I buy a very low miles 2023 C40 ultimate

A local Volvo dealer near me is selling a 15k-mile 2023 Ultimate for $29k.
I love the car. Test drove it and it was great.
It is not a CPO though. They bought it at an auction and apparently Volvo doesn’t allow them to certify and sell it as a CPO if it is bought at an auction.

Anything I should watch out for before I lock it in? I’ll ask for SOH. Anything else?

This will be my first EV

Thank you!

Edit: There’s another Volvo dealer nearby selling a CPO C40, 25k miles for $30k. Test drove this one too and it was also great.

Parents got interview waiver and chose premium delivery. Where to provide phone number?

Location: New Delhi.
My parents got a waiver for B1/B2. They haven’t gone to the appointment yet since it is next month. They chose premium delivery option but live in an area where addresses are chaotic. They wanted to provide a phone number for the blue dart person to call them during delivery. But they can’t find the phone number field anywhere in the usvisascheduling portal.

Anyone aware how this can be viewed/updated?
Appreciate the help! Thanks

Advice on someone with dev background at a startup

Hi all. I’ve been working at a startup as a software dev. Frankly I go into everything since in a startup our manpower is limited. I’ve worked as a QA, gone through licensing requirements, responding to vulnerabilities in libraries etc on top of my dev role. The product is Linux based so I’m familiar with Linux commands and Linux os in general. I use it every single day, multiple times a day. I have explored and messed around with packet tracing, firewall rules, performance monitoring in this role. Like I said, manpower shortage and company doesn’t want to spend any more $$$ and want us to do everything.
Over time, I’ve done to realize I do enjoy the security aspect of this role much more than the Dev part. I also think I’ll be made redundant within the next few weeks due to our industry not doing well at the moment.
Where do you good folks recommend I start? Sec+ and then progress to CISSP? I am burnt out and will get 2 months of severance so have time to take a short break, do certifications etc.

Thank you guys and I’d appreciate your help.
I’m in the US if that makes a difference

Need help identifying and fixing trees

Hi all. I just moved into to my house and it has 2 trees (other may be a small shrub) that are concerning me.
One is growing in a haphazard manner and its branch is about to cross into the neighbors fence.
Other is growing completely sideways at the very bottom. I’d appreciate your advice on how to go about fixing them
Picture 1 is the tree with multiple branches going everywhere and 2 is the one with crooked growth at the very bottom.

Thank you

Mitigation installation driving me crazy

I’m buying a house and it didn’t have a radon mitigation system in place. Owners agreed to install one. Contractor decides to put it in the corner of basement living room. Idk why, but this is driving me nuts
