I know what your thinking another Sarasota trip post, I’m going to be there oct 17-21st and want to know some of the non touristy things to do, everything I see says botanical garden and ringling museum. Bonus points if it’s haunted
I was recently given an electric wood chip smoker and this was my 3rd attempt at ribs. My first attempt I had to cut it about an hour short due to weather (thanks Midwest!) my 2nd major mistakes were made but this 3rd rack came out amazing
Edit to add cook process:
Smoked at 225 for 6 hours unwrapped, added wood chips at the start then a half hour in, then every 45 minutes for the first 3 hours then let it ride with a spritz of Dr Pepper and beer every 45 minutes til the bend test at 5:30 then sauced lightly with a 15 minute rest
This is the main build I run and it does really good but wanting to know if anything would amplify it
