What’s the promotion ladder like for Americans here? And has any American went from an engineer to a management position here? Is it possible or not heard of? And if so is there any advice you could give?

Just recieved an offer on monday for equipment engineer at fab21 in Arizona. My offer link expired just after 2 days from recieving it. Anyone ever had that happen to them? I’m genuinely tweaking, I don’t understand why they would rescind it or something out of nowhere after 2 days
