After some weeks of working rp2040, now it just blinks..

Can't find why this happened

Edit : I have ~400mv on all points with the diode mode of the multimeter, but only 0.6v on CLK when turned ON.

I'm scared to do kamikaze, but I tried two times to connect the adapter.

The led is long yellow short yellow so I'm not surprised this adapter is the issue.

I've just set up a rp2040 on my DOL 001.

I've used a flex cable to do it (not the best idea, 1st time btw)

I had an issue with this pin under the red arrow. I tried so many times but it was impossible to solder. The copper disc on the flex cable just gets out ...

I'm not sure but it seems that this point on the flex cable was the ground so I soldered the bridge GND to the GND of my rpi.

The console starts but not on swiss ... I use a SD2SP2 car reader. The led on rpi is static green.
