- Large ill defined area, which is showing complete signal void on T2W images in right parietal lobe, as outlined above with adjacent vasogenic edema. Findings would suggests the possibility of acute bleed (hemorrhagic infarct?) vs less likely tumoral bleed / tumoral calcification. However, further evaluation with CT brain is strongly suggested.
- Mild hydrocephalus.
Im concerned about the treatement because there isnt anything to specifically treat his symptoms. its been 5-7 days hes concious but aggressive, refuses to eat, presses his head on one spot, like the only improvement is that hes somewhat concious now. and the doc only gave medications to manage his bp nothing else. some steroids in the iv when he was in hospital to bring down swelling and now tablets in follow up that are mainly for bp, acidity, epilepsy and seizures (which he doesnt have but prolly a precautionary measure) like should he have given something for his brain specifically yk? is the medication wrong?
