Bislap & IUD

**BISALP!

I, 28F, had a bisalp and IUD insertion on the 6th. I have never had kids but knew I never wanted any for as long as I can remember. When talking to my OB about my bisalp and discussing looking for endometriosis while getting the bisalp done, they mentioned I could have an IUD put in to help reduce my period cramps and flow. In my head, that was the perfect scenario! Less cramps, lighter periods, and they can look for endo during the process. I never took the pill (mainly because I just hate taking daily pills and relying on them) so this is the first time on any type of BC. It’s now 11 days post op, and I am still bleeding and cramping. How normal is that? My typical periods were only 3-4 days MAX, with one day of severe cramps. So being on day 11, it’s different for me. I have my follow up with my OB next week, and I have messaged them letting them know I am still cramping and they said to just give it another week. I’m sure my body is just out of whack with the surgery itself, being on my period during the surgery, and then with this being the first BC I’ve been on. I am just wondering if anyone else had a similar situation.

Doggy Daycare

I am looking for a doggy daycare to take my dog 2-3 times a week for half days. Does anyone have any recommendations or places to stay away from? Preferably close to downtown or central OKC :)

Capital One / Discover

I am visiting San Pedro from the 7th-12th and am curious about my spending options there. I planned on using my venture card and bringing cash for tips and such, but I have recently been informed that Capital One and Discover are not accepted there and it’s pretty much just Visa and Mastercard. My debit card is also Discover, and my other credit card is an AMEX. SO, it’s looking like I will just have to pull cash while I’m there or before I leave. On average, what should I expect to spend daily? I’m not a heavy drinker, but will probably enjoy a few drinks a day, on top of daily meals. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect :)
