Hikawa scored 42 points, if I’m not mistaken, while Chiaki scored zero. Of course, that wasn't enough to clear the game. Yet, they didn't participate in the subsequent mission in Italy. Did Gantz decide not to bother them?
I watched it a few years ago; it has excellent graphics and an interesting plot. Those who have read the manga know the story differs slightly—some characters were left out—but for a first-time viewer, it would surely be very engaging. So, why didn't it become more popular?
