I cancelled my StarShort subscription, but I was still charged twice after cancellation. I contacted customer service and requested a refund, but instead of addressing the charges, they offered me gold coins and new dramas that I did not ask for.

Sharing this so others are aware and check their bank statements carefully if they subscribe to StarShort. Make sure you keep proof of cancellation and monitor your card for further charges.

Hi everyone! I’m planning my parents’ first visit to Chamonix in the first week of September. Their dream is simply to touch and walk on snow. ❄️
Is it possible to find accessible snow at this time of year, for example at the Aiguille du Midi? Are visitors allowed to walk on the snow there, or can you only see it from the platforms?
If not, are there any other places nearby where we could safely experience snow in early September?

Has anyone used CarJet for car rentals?
I’m planning a 2-day road trip to Switzerland and found a good deal on CarJet. Before booking, I’d love to hear about your experiences.
Were there any hidden fees, problems with deposits, insurance, or the car pick-up/return? Would you recommend CarJet, or is it worth paying a bit more for companies like Sixt, Europcar, or Hertz?

Hello everyone

I urgently need some advice.
I applied for Luxembourgish nationality by naturalisation on 17/11/2025, and shortly afterwards I received an email confirming that my application had been introduced to the Ministry of Justice (MJ).
On 27/02/2026, I received another email stating that my application was “en cours de traitement au MJ.”
Since then, I haven’t received any further updates. Tomorrow marks exactly 8 months since I submitted my application.
Has anyone who applied through naturalisation in November 2025 already received a decision? Has anyone experienced a delay beyond the 8-month period?
The reason I’m asking is that my residence permit is about to expire, and I also have upcoming travel plans. I’m unsure whether I should proceed with renewing my residence permit or continue waiting for the nationality decision.
I would really appreciate hearing about your experience or any advice. Thank you!
