He really seems to miss her it just makes me sad to see him sad and sometimes I think that when he sees a plant it just reminds him of Cosmo and he starts to cry. there's a reason to why he didn't want to shoot Cosmo he loved her and he cared about her and she told him that she will be in his heart forever and Tails accepted that.

One day Tails was working in his workshop until Cosmo and Cream and Zoey and Fiona came in Cosmo says can you help me find my wedding ring Tails I can't find it.
