Waiting time for a response is too long

I just checked the emirates portal and from today until the 25th of June there will be 107 open days/assessment days. However, I’ve seen all over the internet people waiting around 2 months for an answer after the final interview… I don’t understand this. Why continue with this many open days if they already have thousands of applicants waiting for an answer? And besides that, as far as I have seen, people are, at the moment, waiting around 6 months for the DOJ. In 2024 people were traveling to UAE 3 weeks after the final interview.

Has anyone received golden call after final review email?

I am trying to understand what’s this new “final review” email thing. I’ve seen a lot of people commenting they got it, but I don’t see anything apart from receiving it. People receive it 2/3+ times and still nothing.
Why is this happening? Are we backups in case people quit due to the war? I don’t understand. I don’t even understand if receiving that email is a good thing.
Has anyone actually got the golden call after receiving that email?

I attended an open day 2 days ago and I reached the fina interview for the 4th time. This time I noticed that something changed in the portal. The application is the same from 7 months ago. It even says that I applied in September 2025, and the only thing changing was the status that went back to “application under review”. What does this mean? Applications are now connected? They are comparing current application with the last one?

I attended yesterday my 4th final interview. For some reason, some people had to do the final interview there, but online. I did it with my phone and I didn’t have headphones. The audio was a bit low, which made me have a more serious face in order to understand clearly what the recruiter was asking. Other candidates had their interview on site face to face. On my previous fina interview it was face to face and I think it was a bit better than today. But my pictures were not good, they even called me 1 week later requesting more pictures, which I took at home and had still some shadows.
This time I am confident with my pictures, I improved them and took some with a professional photographer…

My question is, do they look at previous final interviews? Because, my 3rd final interview with the pictures I have now, I feel like I would have a good chance. But with this final interview, I don’t feel that confident.
