Steady blue light after storm
We had a mild thunderstorm last night and lost our internet. Modem has a steady blue light, which is usually steady white - it's not blinking at all and I can't find anything online about how to resolve this. The Chatbot keeps telling me that there are no outages and that someone is going to have to come out and fix it, but they can't come until next Tuesday. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in many times. Any suggestions on what the problem is and if we can fix it ourselves before Tuesday?
