Which manufacturer of fentanyl patches makes them with the strongest adhesive?
Anybody have a suggestion? Sometimes you old head pharmacists know these things. Thanks.

If pt states all oral opioids make them extremely nauseous would you dispense 5 patches. Pt states they previously used the Duragesic patches many years ago. As long as everything is documented would this be an acceptable exception to the rule? I guess they could try an anti-emetic with an opioid for a week is the only other option I can think of.

Right after teaching 4os monarch butterfree psychic TM and realizing how good compound eyes is with sleep powder on the pokemon. I walked right into fighting gym and lost my mon. He has been an important part of my team. Great against grass/poison which helps a lot with rival ivysaur and would be lovely against Erica right now...highly recommend nuzlocking. It is super fun for experienced players even if I am kinda sad RN.
