Im curious whats the average spend for folks on the electric portion of cost. I had 80 ft to go from circuit box.
My husband had a 7 mm stone at age 58 his fitst ever. He was bed ridden as the pain like a knife in his side was so bad. He got on Fromax but also had me order Stonebreaker from Amazon. Within about 2 days the pain was less sharp and after a week he was even back to the gym. After 10 days he went into urology for local scan but couldnt see the stone and said keep doing whatever you are doing. A few days after that CT scan waiting for results of that. He has been noticing dark flecks in the toilet. Is it a combo of the Fromax and Stonebreaker? I dont know but it really seems like he is ‘passing’ it without surgery when we were told anything larger than 5 will need surgery.
Still deciding what to buy but noticing some outdoor sauna have them and some dont. Doesnt this let the heat out?
If I need to install one because sauna doesnt have, is it better up toward ceiling?
Curious how many of you are using Tonal without subscription. I recently starting making my own custom blocks. For me its been a game changer, less chatty and the ability to choose muscle group workouts on my own.
Yes its convenient that tonal keeps track of the weight and increases but I dont know if it justifies the $60/month

Anyhow under lag workouts there are many for legs that are licked as they require straps.
Obviously way cheaper on Amazon but it seems Tonal forcing me to purchase their brand to unlock, is that right?
