Mall Hours

Part of the reason malls are dead is because of their hours. It seems like most malls are closed by 8:00PM. If you get done with work at 5 or 6 and then eat, that gives you maybe an hour an a half to shop. Most malls are usually around 30 minutes to drive. I got done with work at 6, ate some dinner and showered- it’s 7:00PM. It takes me 30 minutes to get to the closest mall. The malls that are open and have stores are pretty spread out, so you’re running a marathon to get what you want. Not happening. I remember back in the day- it was a planned event to go to the mall and enjoy shopping. Now that they close so early it just doesn’t make sense to go there for one thing before they close! They should at least try to stay open later on the weekend.

Discovery Response Review

Reaching out to women in the process or have gone through it. What is a reasonable amount of time that you would expect your attorney to review your spouse’s Discovery response? Mine has had the response since May and I feel like she still hasn’t looked at it in detail. I’m frustrated because the response from my spouse and his attorney is a mess. Misnamed files, not complete or non answers on responses. I feel like if she had looked at it sooner she could have pushed back and asked the court to have him redo it. Since she didn’t I went through and organized it the best I could and have told her I want someone to review it with me and assist with formulating a settlement offer. He does own a small business which makes it more complicated, but I feel like she’s had it for 3 months and has done nothing with it. Let me know if I am being unreasonable in my expectations in comparison to how quickly yours was reviewed. Thanks-
