Hi folks. I’m wondering if anyone has received their accommodation product if their Natasha Denona palette was missing?

I’m wondering what ppl got and whether it’s truly comparable. I’m worried I’ll get something like the primer, which really isn’t comparable from a cost, product or even quiz perspective. I’m so sad about missing the palette. And we were charged so much for this ultimate box.

If your product really isn’t good, especially considering it’s a replacement for the hero product - has anyone had success at just cancelling and getting your money back for the box? If I got my money back I could buy the palette.

I had written post yesterday about being sad my main product was missing from my ultimate. Obviously ppl do take these types of posts as an opportunity to tell you how wonderful everything is for them - because that’s human nature. But someone made a comment that was so weird to me I wondered if they had no social skills or maybe just a lack of empathy. They just didn’t sound human. So I went and looked the person up, who said basically “my box was fantastic. I got it yesterday. Love all the items too. A+.” And the person had a 1 day account and negative karma. I’m not someone who knows Reddit enough to know where bots are or anything like that. I come to look at a few of my hobbies. But this was weird? Is this Ipsy paying for fake accounts?

I think we can all see there were definitely issues with the Ultimate. I do understand that a lot of the issues seem to have arisen because so many people were excited about this box. Which is great on the one hand. There were great options! But then people were all missing products or products were broken in some cases. I received mine today, and I had issues as well. My ND palette was missing (there were only 7 products) and my cheek palette had the highlighter broken but it wasn’t a big deal to me, I just pressed it back together.

I’m going to hold off on totally complaining because there’s a chance that Ipsy will make it right and really I should at least reserve judgement until then. I submitted via the glam bot and am told a replacement will be on its way in 5-7 days. But I feel pretty certain I won’t be getting the palette. I won’t be getting Sunday Riley. I’ll get something that I won’t want, most likely. That’s why it’s a leftover. This is one of those weird things where I feel more disappointed than I should because I guess, this is my little treat. And I think it is for a lot of us. But it’s there to bring us joy. And it just feels like so many people had a very unhappy experience this time. And it’s so understandable why that is upsetting, when that was your little piece of joy you were looking forward to. I was happy with my 7 products I received, though. Its disappointing that the main product was missing.

Hi friends. I know ppl are busy and I’m asking for your help so I’ll try to keep it succinct and then add number results. [EDIT: I did not make it succinct!] I’ve had auto-immune problems since I was a teenager (psoriasis). I also developed bipolar 2 disorder as a teen, and psoriatic arthritis at 25. I have two genes go celiac and am at high risk for it, but do not have it. I do not have crohn’s but I do have a lot of IBS problems. I’ve never been super healthy but still not the worse.

But then my mom died of something she shouldn’t have died from. Every doctor became concerned because it was so unusual (she never drank but died of cirrhosis due to NAFLD. That’s very rare. I didn’t know this. I’ve been told that for some reason the liver goes out of control for some people who have fatty liver and they don’t know why). But it can happen very quickly, and so I’ve been taking wegovy to lose weight and try to reverse the fatty liver and fibrosis (this is bec I do have the same problems my mom does, after testing, and again we don’t know why). I have high inflammation and I feel like that is key but there’s something different bec a ton of ppl have fatty liver and inflammation and live with it their entire life.

I now wonder if it has something to do with the MTHFR gene mutation because I had problems with vitamins and like I said, they actually tested me for celiac during an endoscopy. But it’s not that. I mentioned something about my vitamin issues in response to someone’s comment on a totally different sub. Someone responded that I need to come here to this sub.

I’m researching. But I spend so much time researching…if anyone can give me a few tips like “start taking this vitamin/this brand/etc” or “I would test this and stay away from this”. Anything that can help. I’m very concerned my inflammation keeps increasing while I am losing weight. I’m trying so hard. Any way you can help is appreciated.

Recent bloodwork and any previous numbers of I had them:

Testosterone: High, 57

DHEA: Very high, 407 (told I might have hidden PCOS or adrenal tumor. Doc scheduled to look into this. I’m 52 so it could be hormones all over the place but this is very very high)

B12: low, 223

B9/Folate: 14.8 (I actually do take methyl folate that’s the only thing I really understood from this test I took in 2020)

Ferritin: 17/16/22 <<< always a struggle despite taking iron

WBC: High, 11.5

Lymphocytes: high, 4.2

Monocytes: very high, 1.4 (high levels of monocytes may indicate chronic infection, a blood disorder, inflammation, or other medical conditions)

Glucose, blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol - all good

Even AST/ALT are good

Cortisol: 6.9

Homocysteine: 8.8 in 9/20, no tests since

Some low iron numbers I’ve been able to increase:

UIBC was 131 in 2025 but is now 294. BUT at the same time my iron results were 159 (1/25) in 2025 but now (3/26) it’s 75. It was 43 in 7/25.

Iron saturation was good (45) in 1/25, then 12 in 7/25 and now it is 20. Iron binding capacity is good 348/373/369.

Any thoughts?? And thank you for reading.
