What's wrong with my Kent Softner?
(btw it appears dark but is mostly translucent)
The water that comes out through the taps is very slippery, more than when it was first installed 6 weeks ago.
There's salt at the bottom of this tank and a lot of water as visible in the picture.
What went wrong here?
