so i didn’t realize until this happened that hertz is using AI to scam people for hundreds of dollars. just returned my rental car and they are trying to get 570 dollars for this “scratch” can’t even tell what it is…. the rep said they are creating a ticket and someone will contact me soon. even if it was a dent which in the picture it could have been previously there i don’t see how they can justify 570 dollars

i bought my ticket to hawaii with a mix of points and e credits etc. i went to change my flight to see if i could buy delta one and this is showing up. i’m originally premium select . does this mean im getting upgraded ?
