Questions about Salmon Fishing West Michigan Piers

Looking for some guidance on fishing Lake Michigan Piers starting in August. (Ludington / Grand Haven / Manistee)

My Dad passed away in December and my uncle shortly after and they are the two people I would go to for recommendations / guidance on these types of questions.

I want to take my son out to the piers like my dad did with me, but I for the life of me cannot remember the specifics.

Currently have two medium heavy rods with 3000 shimanos - Is this enough?

What do you typically use lure wise? I know it's spoons / blades but any recommendations on which ones?

What time is the best time to start making our way over? I remember fishing near dusk / overnight as a kid but I can't remember the details of time of year vividly. I remember August for sure and more towards the end of September for places like Tippy Dam and up river.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I just wish I could remember more at this point.

cEDH - Magus Lucea Kane decklist (with a small primer of the main combo lines)

Here is my attempt at brewing a fringe cEDH deck [cEDH] MLK Is a Heretic // Commander (Magus Lucea Kane) deck list mtg // Moxfield — MTG Deck Builder.

Looking for insights from the cEDH community on changes // synergies I may have missed.

I haven't been able to play with it a lot but in the few games I have been able to get to, it has done its job. The idea of the deck is to get multiple activations of MLK that create delayed copy triggers for x spells resulting in searching for 3-4 creatures at a time. There are multiple ways to win and each game that I have played, I have had a different form of the deck at the end of the game.

Out of the 5 games I have played so far two have resulted in wins (one with Seeker of Skybreak and Hawkeye's Bow lol and one with a 1000+ Finale of Devastation)/ one was a draw and the last two, the table was out paced by a RogSi.

I could not find a Temur based discord to share this list, but I figured I would post it here in case anyone is looking for a fringe commander and a bit of a break from the current pool of Temur commanders.

Before anyone comments "RogThras is better" - yes absolutely and I understand that the decks are looking for the same outcomes, but this is just more fun to play. (I main RogThras - just trying out new commanders is all.)
