is there a way to create a virtual controller to use with a phone controller like the razer kishi or the gamesir g8 for gamess that are not nativeli compatible??

i wanted to buy a phone controller like the razer kishi v2 but will it work with not compatible games like bleach soul resonance if i map the buttons with an app?? i saw it work on android but idk if it works for iphone too

why is the game 151gb it should be 30 anyone tried it???
