Question about sending upper to California

Hi I moved out of California a few years ago and am selling an assembled fn m16a4 upper on gunbroker from out of state. My buyer is from California and says I need to ship to his ffl. Is it as simple as putting his ffl address and they will handle the rest? Anything I have to do? Sorry I have not kept up with laws in years

AUG nato reliability?

Trying to choose between the nato Aug with bolt release and standard Aug. I’ve heard of the nato aug having issues with most mags, is that still the case?

Anything that can be done to upgrade the reliability?

Ideally I would prefer nato version because I have many aluminum ar mags and some magpull 40s.
