• Di po ba nawawalan ng kuryente or tubig sa area? what's the provider po sa water? - wala kasi akong makitang reddit posts regarding this place. maybe someone can answer this for me.

• is there any HOA issues I should know about?

This will be the first time that I'll try to be OE. I'll be having an interview next week with potential J2, and currently I'm 2 months in with my J1 (PH office, AU client hybrid 2x a week RTO).

J2 background - Tech, remote work.

Should I be worried if ever incase they'll ask about my J1 or should I be honest that I'm doing this as my J2? Natatakot lang na baka pag sinabi kong this is my J2 baka biglang di na magproceed since the HR also connected with me through LinkedIn so wala talagang tago na may J1 ako.

Any tips or mga dapat kong i-dodge while prepping for J2 interview?
