I was recently complaining in here about winter being so hard on my anthuriums and someone mentioned pon being their game-changer. Then I remembered I have this Veitchii in pon since last summer. It pushed a leaf in February in a cold window and it’s growing again! The big leaf is 16 inches long 😊

I almost threw out that plastic self watering pot. I’m so glad I kept it for this guy. Hope I can get the next few leaves to harden without damaging them.🤞🪴💕

Hubs’ pride and joy. Newly licensed, but not yet disowned offspring took a bite out of the front grille with a trailer hitch. At least it didn’t go through the radiator.

New grill is over $800. I just don’t see used grills out there for GT Line and we’re trying not to file an insurance claim. The cars I see listed for parts are front end totaled. Where can I find this exact replacement grill for less? TIA 🙏🏻

These were all single node wet sticks dumped into prop boxes last Christmas. Hoyas were from clippings.
How many can I plant up in 3 inch pots?

Last summer I started collecting a few anthuriums. It has been a learning curve. I didn’t realize how much my anthurium (Magnificum x Ace of Spades) had lost until I looked back at some photos from October (last pic). Oof.

HELP!!! What’s your favorite potting medium?
It’s time to repot and except for my Hoyas, most of my aroids in straight chunky mix are struggling. I’m thinking of either adding potting mix to hold moisture a bit longer and more evenly, or going to potting mix with orchid bark and pumice. Probably Coast of Maine Stonington or Fox Farm Ocean Forest. This is a 6-inch pot. Would you go up to an 8-inch pot?
