I'm a cis man just coming up to 39, from the UK, and to be quite honest I'm struggling a bit.

I've had several long term relationships that didn't work out, no kids, and I'm starting to feel disconnected from the people on the dating scene and those that go to pubs and clubs.

I wouldn't say I'm introverted or particularly afraid of talking to people, that's not the issue, it's more that I feel as if my window is slipping away and that wears me down.

Sorry if this is a little vague, first time posting here and I could do with some genuine advice. Happy to respond in comments.
