War is bugged? I’ve been occupying their territory for over ten years…

Is this a bug? I’ve been at war with Carthage and occupying their territory, defeating their invading armies, but the war score doesn’t go up and they won’t even accept a white peace. I’ve been occupying my war goal territory and there has been no white peace enforcement either. They haven’t sent another army for years, but I can’t even negotiate peace. I’m playing an Ironman on invictus.

Would a Naval Architecture Degree from University of Michigan get me a job at a firm right out of college?

Hello, I am applying for colleges and my dream job is to work at a naval architecture firm. Ive been looking at colleges, and I was wondering if a degree in naval architecture/Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan would be able to get me a job in the industry from graduation. I've also been looking at the merchant marine academy, but they don't have a naval architecture program, just marine engineering systems, and I am not interested in the commitment to sailing. Excluding monetary concerns related to college.

Is the University of Genoa a good school for Naval Architecture?

Hello, I am an American and I want to study Naval Architecture. I love Genoa because of its history as a maritime Republic. I was wondering if the Naval Architecture program is good. Also, do they offer classes in English? My Italian isn't very good yet lol. How hard is it to get into for an American? Thank You!

Would the GLMA be worth it if my goal is to become someone a naval architect/marine engineer?

Hello,

I am applying to the USMMA right now, but I don't really think the military style life is for me. I am also applying to the GLMA, but I am worried I wont be able to get the job I want. I am from Minnesota, and my dream job would be someone who helps design and build ships onshore, like a naval architect or marine engineer. I've heard that the school you went to can really impact the jobs you get onshore.

With the USMMA, my concerns lie in the fact that the academy takes up almost all your time, all you get for weekends is Liberty, and there restrictions on things like computers in your dorm. I am also worried about relationships, as fraternization, etc. is strictly banned in USMMA. Although, the routine appeals to me, the service obligation doesn't bother me, and I really like the location. I love music and I like the idea of being right next to NYC and New Jersey, where I have some family.

GLMA appeals to me really in that it just seems more relaxed, and it's proximity to nature reserves is a huge advantage compared to the USMMA.

If anyone could advise me on advantages/disadvantages someone might be unaware of or quell my fears of freedom in the USMMA that would be much appreciated, too.

Looking for affordable upgrade options to replace GTX960 and maximize a DDR3 memory

Hello, I'm looking to play new games like '83 and Isonzo. My DDR3 and GTX960 are the only things in my PC maxing out so I want to upgrade those first. These games are barely playable for me even on all low settings. I have 16gb of Corsair vengeance pro ram on my DDR3. What can I get that will maximize my performance on it? Or should I just replace the core? For my GTX960, what can I get in this economy that would get by on med/high settings? My budget is Probably under 500 total, but flexible.

Is the flag of the Irish Province of Ulster considered a Northern Irish symbol?

I'm from the United States, but my father's side immigrated from Cavan, Ulster in the 1900s. I support a United Ireland, so I don't want to be associated with supporting northern Ireland. Is the Irish Province version of the flag considered a symbol of support for northern Ireland, or any other unintended meaning?
