I have someone living with me and renting a room I discovered a couple months ago due to them leaving their door wide open one night that the room is now one giant pile of trash about 4 feet tall, pizza boxes soda cans etc. what sort of notice do I have to give to go in and take pictures in an attempt to get a quote for a cleaning service. Also can I attempt to have this person pay for the cleaning services up front or do I need to pay out of pocket first then take them to small claims court? I did start with google and it said to give 24-48 hours notice and state the reason for the photos so do I just say " top receive a quote for cleaning services" Location: Pennsylvania
