Where can I find throwing shoes in Ontario

I’ve been calling stores and checking websites but nowhere carries throwing shoes besides Under Armour. Apparently those aren't good for someone learning rotational discus because they are meant for shot put gliders.
I really want to get the Nike Zoom Rival SD 2 in a Size 14. US sites have them (Canadian doesn’t), but I don't want to get hit with massive import fees.
Has anyone found a Canadian site or store that carries throwing shoes without having to pay import fees? Thanks!

What would a good workout routine be to improve my throwing performance

I just finished my sophomore season throwing shot and discus, and I'm looking for some tips on my off-season lifting. I’m 5'11", 160 lbs, and focusing on discus as my main event. I've been doing a 6-day PPL bodybuilding-style routine while taking my nutrition seriously for about 10 months, but I want to switch to a PPL + Upper/Lower Power split to get more explosive. So far, my Upper Power days will be Snatches (hang or blocks), Push Press, Bench, Pendlay Rows, and Pull-ups. My Lower Power days will be Cleans, Front Squats (I can't back squat because of a shoulder injury), RDLs, and weighted Step-ups. I haven't picked my sets and reps yet, but I'd appreciate any advice on the exercise choices and if I should change anything (I can share my push, pull, legs routine too if needed).
