I was reading through some of the modifiers for Rizia and I noticed that the yellow 'Encroaching Global Rivalry' situation calls ATO the 'Arcasian Treaty Alliance'. I've never seen anyone point this out; has anybody else noticed it?

i don't know what it is; every scene with him in it he just has this aura. even when he's calling me a pigheaded lunatic for thinking that checks and balances are a good idea, he just has this energy. i genuinely enjoy talking to colonel soll, especially at the football match. i want more soll!
i have spent so long trying to figure out what it is and i am back at square one. really all i have so far is the "NOTEVERYSTORYHASANENDING" hint from the broadcast, but i've put it through so many ciphers i don't even know anymore. hell, i even put the audio clips from the most recent broadcast into a spectrogram and there was what sort of looked like text on the second one but no amount of color or light adjustments made it clearer.

hi there. i've seen a lot of people on this sub and in other places consider a mod for sdaah where you play as the democratic party in the past decade, but as far as i can tell no one has ever actually gone through and made one. for this reason, i have begun going through and making one.
the working title is "Liberal Democracy: Biden's Wild Ride," and it will being in June 2018, to give a few turns to prepare for the midterms. my current goal is to have a working beta wit a few events and such by the 4th of july (im a very slow worker).
i have a few basic ideas for things to add, but any sort of feedback/suggestions would be extremely welcome. also, if you're currently working on a mod similar to this, please let me know, so that we can either find a way of collaborating or soemthing can be worked out where neither of us feels miffed.
