Vampire novels with a female main character?
I enjoyed A Dowry of Blood (ST Gibson).
I didn’t like Lucy Undying (Kiersten White).
Of course I enjoyed the Twilight series when I was younger.
I also really enjoyed the Crave series (Tracy Wolff), though it was a bit cringey and more juvenile than I’d like.
I enjoyed The Southern Book Clubs Guide to Slaying Vampires (Grady Hendrix).
I LOVE LOVED Carmilla (Sheridan Le Fanu)
More books that are similar to my tastes? The main character doesn’t have to be the vampire, I just want (at least one) female main character AND a vampire somewhere in the story. Really what I want most is something that will give me the same vibes as Carmilla. (Gothic, classic, moody, romantic, etc)
