I have an old Yeti that was given away years ago. I have doubts that it’s real because the bottom looks off. What is the consensus here real or fake? Thanks

My male will be a year early June. He tried to mark in the house a few weeks ago and I decided to get him neutered hoping it won’t get worse. He is scheduled for Thursday but I’m having second thoughts. He is well rounded, easy going, a bit anxious at times and does mark outside but has had a few accidents in the house over the last year, he rarely humps. I just hope his personally won’t get worse and he won’t develop any health or behavior issues afterwards. Mr vet said to get him neutered early but I decided to wait until now, also thinking it might be too early. I’ve also read a lot about new evidence where people are not neutering their dogs at all. What have been your thoughts experiences? I’ve had neutered dogs in the past with no issues but still concerned. As a side note, he throws up every time we go on a car ride and I haven’t been able to resolve it. Thanks
