Best modlist for mages and gameplay (Skyrim)

After 5 years i decided to boot up skyrim. I tried nordic souls and really liked the changes however in my opinion it wasn't enough. Im really overwhelmed by all the possible mods but after downloading nordic souls for about 1 trillion hours i really want to ask before deciding.

im looking for a modlist that adds experience via killing mobs or completing quests instead of the old system. I really looked forward for a complete Perk overhaul. While im okay with the vanilla+ combat i just don't want any soulslike or anime like combat overhauls (playing first person so please not a list that requires third person view). the most important thing for me are the RPG elements like Biggie Traits or something like devotion to a god etc. Also start a new life and custom content is my priority. Im okay with harder gameplay aslong i dont have to study 7 ingame days to learn a spell. Im okay with survival elements but they shouldnt be the focus of the game.

idk if its revelant but im gonna play a pure mage utilizing only magic.

I really don't care about the graphics but i am limited by 16gb RAM, 400gb Space + enough space HDD for download

what do you think is the best list here?

DONT UNBAN THIS CARD

Dear Mr John Gathering, please do not unban this card in historic. Just imagine the absolute trauma and destruction it would bring to the format. People could play it around T4 or T5 and basically get an extra land for free.

What can a Boros energy deck do against this deck? nothing. They maybe have 10 Cats 8 one drops and a [[goblin bombardment]] backup but once you resolve that [[time warp]] they will scoop regardless of the boardstate because the card is not fun to play against.

All these thoughtseizes from jund players would break the moment they see the combo in their opponents hand. "A [[howling mine]]? what a newbie" the jund ascendend thinks to himself. Next turn, another thoughtseize what does he see? a TIME WARP. He has no choice he has to concede. THE WARP COMMANDS IT THE WARP DEMANDS IT

The ninja player drops a [[Hydroponics Architect]] turn one, draws 19 cards via chaining fetchlands into another but once the [[Dictate of Kruphix]] hits the battlefield its OVER

The Ruby storm analyst drops 4 [[Manamorphose]] turn 2? only one [[remand]] and he questions his life choices.

I know Time Warp was banned because of the sins of [[Velomachus Lorehold]]. Back then playing 3 mountains + 1 dwarven mine into a 4mana sorcery to get velomachus onto the battlefield with 8 time warp effects in the deck was just tooooooo strong. Nowadays enemies would just report you for being special.

BUT DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU. UNBANNING TIME WARP WOULD MEAN ARENA RELEASES QUADRUPPEL SLEEVES¹ FOR YOUR DECKS

Thank your matter attention this to you for

>!man i just want to play taking turns. But all options are either banned [[Nexus of fate]] or just so expensive that they wouldnt even see play in standard. I mean we dont even have miracle [[Temporal Mastery]] to do shit. The deck is underpowered but very fun (for me hehe)!<

>!also if we are here anyway please release [[Isochron Scepter]] so i can chain the big baddie with it. you know which one. !<

Heaven
A reality shaped by the deepest desires, ideals, and emotional needs of an individual. Each person experiences a different heaven, formed from their own understanding of happiness, fulfillment, meaning, love, peace, ambition, or eternity. For one person it may resemble endless adventure and discovery; for another, quiet rest among loved ones; for another, infinite knowledge, beauty, or transcendence.

Hell
A reality shaped by an individual's deepest fears, regrets, insecurities, guilt, or unresolved desires. Rather than a single standardized punishment, each person experiences a different form of suffering uniquely capable of tormenting them. For some it may be isolation, meaninglessness, failure, loss of control, repetition, shame, or the inability to reach what they desire most. Subjective hell is not merely pain, but a confrontation with what the individual cannot emotionally escape.

I like the idea of the thought experiment, but I wonder how changing the stakes would affect the outcome. Instead of simply living or dying, imagine the choice determines whether you are sent permanently to Heaven or Hell. I’ve seen people argue things like, “Worst case, I die,” or “Those who press red will end up in Hell after all the blue pressers die anyway.” But what if the decision wasn’t about the end of your life, but about eternal pleasure versus eternal suffering? What is worse: killing billions of people, or condemning billions to eternal torment? And would changing the stakes in that way change your answer

So you want to play standard, eh? Some folk my say the meta is boring but i present to you 4 different decks so unique and diverse that every game feels like another deck. Also you will encounter everyone playing the same decks so you can learn from them. Its a win win for everyone except those dirty mono green apes.
