What am I not understanding about re-rolls.

So like, I am having huge issue understanding any level of consistency in this game that allows people to chain together RRs.

I have watched guides, I have watched streamers that are better at the game then me, and I feel like I have to be missing something.

The amount of time I have a run that is going well just absolutely brick because I am unable to upgrade my heroes passed rank B is unreal.

I could deal with it if the shop were giving me the option to sell and roll into another hero thats A or S, but its hard to understand how the fuck I am supposed to progress when my shop is filled with common items and C rank heroes well into the middle of act two.

Like I've cleared RRs before, I know its possible, and I know it can't possibly be just down to luck because i know people streak, but without fail every guide and every streamer that is streaking is able to roll into upgrades for their units or roll into a better unit to sub out for one of the ones they currently have.

At this point I feel like I am missing something about the roll mechanics, percentages, or some shit. So what the fuck is it?

I don't understand low elo junglers (Plat or lower)

Make it make sense, please. This is not meant to be a complaint about players, laners, junglers. I really want to understand what I can do on the rare occasion I am forced to lane, to actually get help from my jungler.

So I am a jungle main, I peaked plat and am hardstuck, I am not great at the game and I can acknowledge that. That being said, I just don't understand what other junglers are doing. I can't jungle every game, that is the reality, and I have noticed without fail, jungler will just not gank my lane.

I know the old saying " Don't gank a losing lane." and sure whatever, but that isn't what I am talking about.

Start lane ahead, with good ward coverage and a champion with CC. No ganks

Start lane behind, but close enough that a gank could swing the lane. No ganks.

Get absolutely destroyed. No ganks.

This is the situation, in i would say about 90% of the games I play.

For example. I just played a game Top lane because I was autofilled. Now I don't play top so the plan was to play safe, I picked Zaahen because I am familiar with him from fucking around with him in jungle, enemy is playing Urgot. Urgot runs it down, 4 deaths in about 5 minutes. I am ahead in a big way. Then it starts, Jungle, Mid, Support, everyone and their mother is in my lane preventing me from being able to interact with Urgot at all, I can't walk up to farm because while im ahead im not 3v1 ahead. This continues for about 10 minutes, long enough that Urgot is able to farm and finish black cleaver, this entire time not a SINGLE person on my team make any attempt to help, my jungler is dead set on camping the mid lane, in some attempt to salvage the lane for the 0/5 viegar.

This happens more often then not, and if the roles are reverse, and I am not the one losing mid, you bet your ass my jungler is sitting top lane.

This has nothing to do with something they are seeing on my op.gg or any other third party program as far as I am aware as I have "my indentifying information" hidden.

Even if they were to base it off of that, the metrics all show one thing. I am terrible from playing from behind, but my percentage to snow ball a lead into a win is VERY high.

So low elo junglers, or just anyone with some insight, what the fuck is going on?

( This is not a post to just bitch and whine, feel free to hit me with git gud or skill issue comments, idgaf, I genuinely want to understand whats going on. )

Reboot reputation system?

I know they have talked a lot about the local/region based reputations, but have they confirmed that this is the only reputation system in place?

I know they want to move away from the over all morality system but I feel like if you are hero that is saving the world, some of your bigger exploits would surely follow you between regions, you know?
